Working principle of oil-water separator:
For the removal of fine suspended solids and oils with densities close to water, dissolved air flotation (DAF) technology is an effective method. The DAF process involves generating a large number of fine bubbles in water through a dissolved air system or micro-bubble generator via rapid pressure release. These bubbles adhere to suspended solids or oils in the raw water (or coagulated wastewater), forming aggregates with an overall density less than 1, which rise to the surface due to buoyancy, achieving solid-liquid separation (while also reducing BOD, COD, color, etc.).

1. High technological content and high treatment precision (extremely low water content in oil and oil content in water). By applying shallow pool sedimentation theory, counter-current separation principles, and turbulent boundary layer theory, the separation surface per unit volume is greatly increased, enhancing the efficiency of the oil-water separator, shortening wastewater retention time, significantly reducing equipment volume, and saving space and cost.
2. No electricity required, no power needed, cost-saving. Utilizes the liquid level difference formed when wastewater flows through the oil-water separator to easily achieve oil-water separation. The product has many unique features in its process principle and structural design, ensuring high reliability, compact size, extremely long service life, no need for additives or chemicals, and no secondary pollution.
3. Simple and convenient installation and maintenance. Just connect the inlet and outlet pipes to use. No dedicated personnel required for maintenance; only periodic oil removal is needed.
4. Suitable for all types of oils, with no restrictions on inlet oil concentration. Widely applicable to petrochemical, machining wastewater treatment, and catering oily wastewater treatment. The hydraulic control automatic oil removal system achieves up to 98% oil-water separation efficiency, solving the difficulty of oil removal in ordinary non-powered oil-water separators.

Suitable for treating oily wastewater containing engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil, animal and vegetable oils, etc. The treated wastewater meets relevant discharge standards. Oil-water separator type selection:
1. Underground buried type
Conditions: Space available for underground burial.
Location: Preferably at the beginning of the drainage branch pipe (pollution source).
Features: Does not occupy usable space, does not affect movement and transportation.
2. Hanging type (standard, fire-resistant, and custom)
Conditions: For use on the second floor and above, with pre-installed mounting holes on the floor.
Location: Preferably arranged at the end of the horizontal drainage branch pipe (pollution source).
Features: Sturdy installation, capable of supporting the equipment's weight without affecting floor quality or building lifespan.
Types: Available in standard, fire-resistant, and custom models as needed.
3. Floor-mounted type
Conditions: No underground burial space, but floor placement area available.
Location: Before the drainage branch pipe, directly connected to sinks, stoves, or water stations.
4. Large type
Conditions: Suitable for both underground burial and floor placement.
Location: At the end of the drainage branch pipe.
Features: Can be assembled on-site and used in negative first, second, or third-floor clean water tanks or collection pools of high-rise buildings, improving wastewater quality and extending the service life of submersible pumps.
